What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your enquiry goes straight to the snapSEC GmbH team in Vorchdorf. We pass it to the right business unit, blacklens.io, ACDC or consulting, and get back to you by email or phone. In the first conversation we clarify the goal, scope and timeframe. For projects such as a penetration test you then receive a written quote that sets out the service and the process.
Is the first conversation free of obligation?
Yes. The first conversation is about understanding your situation and your goal, and it does not commit you to anything. A contract is only concluded when you accept a quote. Our general terms and conditions, version February 2025, apply to orders; you can open them as a PDF on the terms page at any time. Individual agreements in the quote take precedence over the terms.
I am already an ACDC customer. Whom should I contact?
Existing customers of the Active Cyber Defense Center (ACDC) reach the ACDC team directly at hello@acdc.onl or on +43 720 53 10 130. In a security incident, please use the escalation paths agreed with you. ACDC is operated by Active Cyber Defense Center Service GmbH, a sister company of snapSEC GmbH based at the same address in Vorchdorf.
We have an acute security incident. What is the fastest way to reach you?
Call us directly on +43 720 51 37 07; that is faster than any form. If you prefer to write, choose the topic “Security incident” in the form and briefly describe what you are seeing, since when and which systems are affected. We will then work out with you whether and how we can help. We do not commit to a specific response time. ACDC customers, please use ACDC's agreed escalation paths.

What should my enquiry include?
A few sentences are enough: what it is about, which environment is concerned and when you need a result. For a penetration test, the type of target helps (network, web application, Active Directory, cloud); for ACDC, the systems already in place, such as SIEM or EDR. Please do not send confidential details such as credentials or IP lists through the form; we will discuss those in the next step.
How do I apply for a job at snapSEC?
You will find open positions on our careers page and in the job portal at jobs.snapsec.at. Apply through the portal or by email to jobs@snapsec.at; speculative applications are welcome too. The contact form is meant for enquiries from businesses: applications sent there do not reach the right team and are handled faster through the application route.
What happens to the data from the form?
We only use your details to handle your enquiry. The form transmits them encrypted via Microsoft Azure (data centre region Germany) to our CRM system Odoo, which runs on servers in Germany. We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics tools on this website; the Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection only loads once you use the form. All details, legal bases and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.
